Who can take part
- You have severe (or worse) tricuspid valve leakage, either from primary or secondary causes
- Your symptoms from heart failure are at least moderate (NYHA class II or higher)
- You’ve been on heart-failure medicines for more than 30 days, including a water pill (diuretic)
- A heart team and imaging specialists confirm the VDyne valve approach is a good match for your heart and blood vessels
- You are 18 or older, and you can follow the study tests and follow-up visits
- You can take the required blood-thinner/anti-platelet medicines around the procedure
