Who can take part

  • You have severe (or worse) tricuspid valve leakage, either from primary or secondary causes
  • Your symptoms from heart failure are at least moderate (NYHA class II or higher)
  • You’ve been on heart-failure medicines for more than 30 days, including a water pill (diuretic)
  • A heart team and imaging specialists confirm the VDyne valve approach is a good match for your heart and blood vessels
  • You are 18 or older, and you can follow the study tests and follow-up visits
  • You can take the required blood-thinner/anti-platelet medicines around the procedure
