  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have early-stage breast cancer that can be removed with surgery
  • Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative
  • You have had an Oncotype DX test on your tumor sample
  • You have not had chemotherapy or hormone therapy before surgery
  • You do not have cancer in more than 4 lymph nodes, distant spread, or another cancer in the past 10 years
