Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 55 years old.
  • You have a first-time ACL tear confirmed by an MRI.
  • You do not have chronic health problems like diabetes, thyroid conditions, or autoimmune diseases that could affect healing.
  • You have not had any previous knee surgery on the same knee.
  • You do not have a history of ACL injury or surgery on your other knee.
