- You have had your ACL injury less than 6 months ago.
- You are an active athlete (club or recreational level).
- Your patellar tendon (the tendon below your kneecap) is longer than 42 mm, as measured by MRI.
- You are between 12 and 40 years old.
- You have not had any past knee surgeries or ligament injuries, and no other major knee problems.
