- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You are able to do most of your daily activities without help (ECOG score 0-2).

- Your tumor is at a stage that cannot be removed with surgery right now (cT2-4aN0-3M0).
- You have not had any chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatment before.
