Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of esophageal cancer called squamous cell carcinoma, confirmed after surgery.
  • Your cancer stage is pIIB to pIVA, meaning it has spread to nearby lymph nodes or deeper into the tissue but not to distant organs.
  • At least 12 lymph nodes were removed during surgery.
  • You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and can tolerate additional treatments after surgery.
