Who can take part
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The trial accepts certain types like head and neck cancer, triple negative breast cancer, hormone receptor positive breast cancer (HER2-), gastric cancer, cervical cancer, or head and neck cancer that has been treated before.
- You need to be 18 years or older and able to do most of your daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and your doctor expects you to live longer than 3 months.
- You need to have adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting) and be willing to provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
- You cannot have had a prior cancer within the last 2 years, active brain metastases, serious heart problems in the last 6 months, an active infection needing treatment, or certain immune system disorders or lung inflammation that would make the study drug unsafe.
