Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and willing to follow the study schedule.
  • You have a solid tumor cancer that is advanced or has spread, and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • You are able to manage most daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer has at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts are within study limits.
  • You do not have untreated or active brain metastases (unless they are stable and you are on low-dose steroids).
