Who can take part

  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not gotten better after previous treatment.
  • Your previous treatment must have included venetoclax combined with a hypomethylating agent (like azacitidine or decitabine), and that treatment stopped working.
  • You should be in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than 50% of the day).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function must meet certain minimum levels (your doctor will check these).
  • You cannot have certain other conditions like active infections, severe heart problems, or a history of certain other cancers within the last 5 years.
