Who can take part
- You have confirmed AML, or MDS/AML with 10%–19% blasts (immature leukemia cells).
- You are an adult (18+) with relapsed or refractory AML/MDS-AML, or—if older/unfit—newly diagnosed adverse or intermediate-risk AML/MDS-AML.
- For the older/unfit group, you must not be able to receive intensive chemotherapy and/or you cannot or will not get a donor stem-cell transplant (allo-SCT).
- You must have adequate liver and kidney function based on blood/urine tests (details in the medical labs).
- You must be able to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant, and be willing to sign informed consent.
