Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 35 (overweight to moderately obese).
  • You eat three main meals every day and your weight has been stable for the past 3 months.
  • You are willing to follow a diet plan and avoid other weight-loss products during the study.
  • You do not have diabetes, serious stomach or gut problems, or a history of eating disorders.
  • You smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day and drink less than 2 alcoholic drinks daily.
