  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment for the metastatic disease.
  • Your doctor has determined you cannot tolerate strong chemotherapy drugs like oxaliplatin or irinotecan.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your MSI-H and dMMR test results are negative (not the high-mutation type).
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
