Who can take part

  • You vape (use e-cigarettes) every day and have done so for at least 6 months.
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You are willing to join a program to quit nicotine within the next 30 days.
  • You have a smartphone or a computer/tablet with a camera and internet access.
  • You speak English.
  • You do not smoke cigarettes or other combustible tobacco products weekly or more often.
