Who can take part

  • You must be under 18 years old
  • You are being treated with a chemotherapy drug called cisplatin
  • You do not have known kidney problems or reduced kidney function
  • You do not have heart disease, arrhythmia, overactive thyroid, chronic liver disease, or epilepsy
  • You have not taken the medicine aminophylline in the last 24 hours
