Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • You tried at least one type of chemotherapy for the spread cancer, and it either stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't handle.
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You have not had any other cancer (except for some skin cancers) in the last 5 years.
  • You are willing to use birth control during and for 6 months after the study (if applicable).
