Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your breast cancer is HER2-positive (a specific protein on the cancer cells) and has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already received at least one treatment for advanced disease, including a HER2-targeted antibody and a taxane chemotherapy drug.
- Your cancer has gotten worse during or after your latest treatment, or you couldn't tolerate the side effects.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
- You do not have active cancer in your brain or spinal cord, and you do not have a history of lung disease that needed steroids.
