Stopping CDK4/6 inhibitors in advanced breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are female and at least 18 years old.
  • Your breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body, is hormone receptor positive (ER+) and HER2 negative.
  • You have been taking a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclib) plus hormone therapy for at least 12 months and your cancer has not progressed.
  • You are postmenopausal.
  • You do not have active brain metastases.

Testing three CDK4/6 pills to change the immune response
