Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have one of these cancers that has spread or come back: HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, HER2-positive breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, or ovarian/fallopian tube/peritoneal cancer.
  • You have tried at least one prior treatment and your cancer has progressed or you couldn't tolerate the side effects.
  • You are able to swallow pills whole and have good organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts).
  • You have not taken any PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitor before (unless your doctor says it's okay for certain groups).
