Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during and for several months after treatment.
  • You must not have certain health problems like uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious bleeding risk, or recent major surgery.
