This study is testing whether a blood test that measures a protein called BCMA can help doctors know if your multiple myeloma is getting worse. You may be able to join if your myeloma has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments, and you have not taken the drug Ruxolitinib before.

Who can take part

  • You must have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments, including lenalidomide, a proteasome inhibitor, and an anti-CD38 antibody.
  • You must have measurable signs of myeloma in your blood or urine.
  • You must not have taken the drug Ruxolitinib before.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about at least half of the day (ECOG score of 2 or less).
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell function according to specific lab tests.
  • Females who can become pregnant and males must agree to strict birth control measures.
