Who can take part
- You have a high-grade glioma (brain tumor) that is WHO grade 3 or 4.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old and able to do most daily activities on your own (KPS score 70 or higher).
- You had brain surgery to remove the tumor without any serious complications.
- You can start radiation therapy 4 to 6 weeks after surgery and take the chemotherapy drug temozolomide safely.
- You do not have other active cancers, serious health conditions, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
