Who can take part

  • You have a high-grade glioma (brain tumor) that is WHO grade 3 or 4.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old and able to do most daily activities on your own (KPS score 70 or higher).
  • You had brain surgery to remove the tumor without any serious complications.
  • You can start radiation therapy 4 to 6 weeks after surgery and take the chemotherapy drug temozolomide safely.
  • You do not have other active cancers, serious health conditions, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
  • You are willing to provide tissue and blood samples for research and return for follow-up visits.
