Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor), confirmed by a biopsy or imaging.
  • Your liver and kidney function are within safe limits for the study.
  • You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • If you are of childbearing potential, you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study.
  • You have not had radiation to the same brain area before (for newly diagnosed patients) or your tumor has come back and it's been at least 3 months since your last brain radiation.
