Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have ongoing nausea and vomiting due to gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying) caused by diabetes or an unknown reason.
  • Your symptoms have not gotten better with standard medicines.
  • You have not had an organ transplant, previous stomach surgery, or a seizure disorder.
  • You do not have an implanted electronic device (like a pacemaker) and are not pregnant.
  • You do not have substance abuse, a primary eating disorder, or psychogenic vomiting.
