  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have diabetes (confirmed by blood tests).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or higher.
  • Your weight has been stable (no more than a 5 kg change) in the last 3 months.
  • You have not used weight-loss drugs or similar medications in the past 3 months.
