Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are on the liver transplant waiting list in France or being evaluated for one, because of liver cancer (HCC).
- You have good enough liver function (Child-Pugh score B7 or better) and are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 2 or less).
- You have 1 to 3 liver tumors, and the largest one is smaller than 5 cm (about 2 inches).
- Your liver has enough healthy tissue left (at least 700 ml) for the radiation to be safe.
