Study of a new treatment for KRAS G12D cancers
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Lungs & breathing, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (called TCR-T) that targets a specific genetic change (KRAS G12D) in advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It may be an option if your cancer has this mutation and you have a specific tissue type (HLA).
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung, colorectal, pancreatic, endometrial, or another solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has a specific change in the KRAS gene called G12D, and you have a particular immune system marker (HLA-C*08:02, HLA-A*11:01, or HLA-A*11:02).
- You have tried at least one standard treatment for your cancer, and no more standard options are available.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0-1) and have at least one measurable tumor.

This trial tests a new cell therapy (TCR-T) designed to target KRAS mutations in advanced cancers. It is for people whose standard treatments have stopped working.
This trial tests a new immune cell therapy (called RE002 T cells) for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS G12V mutation and a certain HLA type. The therapy is designed to target and attack cancer cells that carry this mutation.
This Phase 1/2 study tests a lab-made immune cell (T-cell) treatment that targets a specific KRAS mutation (G12V) found in some pancreatic cancers. It may help shrink tumors or control cancer growth after standard treatment, and it mainly focuses on safety and early effectiveness.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (TCR T cells) designed to target a specific KRAS mutation (G12V) in certain advanced cancers. It may be an option for people with pancreatic, bile duct, colorectal, or lung cancer who have already tried standard treatments.
This trial tests a new type of therapy (NT-175) for people with certain advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change. It might help if your tumor has the TP53 R175H mutation and you have the HLA-A*02:01 immune marker.
This trial tests a personalized T cell therapy designed to target specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D) in people with advanced solid tumors who have no standard treatment options left. The treatment involves collecting your own immune cells, engineering them to recognize and attack cancer cells with these mutations, and then infusing them back into you.
