Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) that has spread beyond one radiation field.
  • You have up to 4 distant tumor spots (metastases) that can be treated with precise radiation (stereotactic radiotherapy).
  • Your cancer has either stayed the same or shrunk after 2 cycles of chemotherapy (platinum/etoposide) plus durvalumab.
  • Your lung function is adequate (FEV1 at least 1.3 liters on a breathing test).
  • You are over 18 years old, weigh more than 30 kg, and have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have no major autoimmune disease, active infections, or other serious health issues that would interfere.
