Who can take part

  • You have confirmed small cell lung cancer from biopsy (tissue) or fluid (cytology).
  • Your scan shows fewer than 5 metastatic spots (oligometastatic disease).
  • You finished 4 to 6 cycles of durvalumab plus standard chemotherapy (platinum plus etoposide), and your cancer responded well (complete or partial response).
  • A radiation specialist believes your chest and the limited metastatic areas can be treated with radiotherapy.
  • You are 18 to 70 years old, and your energy/fitness score is 0 to 1.
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney tests are strong enough, and you are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
