Who can take part
- You must have a type of vasculitis called GPA, MPA, or kidney-limited vasculitis that is either new or has come back.
- Your blood test must show a positive ANCA (antibodies that attack your own cells).
- Your kidneys must be working well enough (eGFR at least 20).
- You must be willing to get vaccines for meningitis and other infections before starting the study drug.
