- You are 18 years or older.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 15 and 38 (a measure of weight relative to height).
- A kidney biopsy within the last 3 years confirmed you have IgA nephropathy.
- You have received (or are willing to receive) meningitis vaccines (MenACWY and MenB) before starting the study.
- Your hemoglobin level is at least 10 g/dL and your platelet count is at least 100,000 per cubic millimeter.
