Who can take part

  • You must be 45 years or older.
  • You must have knee osteoarthritis or knee pain that gets worse with movement, with little or no morning stiffness.
  • Your average knee pain over the past month should be at least 3 out of 10.
  • No knee injections, knee surgery, or significant injury to your leg within the last 3–6 months.
  • No metal in your head, pacemaker, epilepsy, brain surgery history, or scalp eczema.
