Who can take part
- Aged 50 or older
- Chronic knee pain from osteoarthritis for at least 3 months, with pain on most days
- Depression symptoms that have lasted a while and scored high on a depression test
- Able to walk without a cane or help, and have internet access for telehealth
- No serious health conditions that prevent safe exercise, and no history of mania or psychosis
- Willing to attend twice-weekly Tai Chi and rTMS sessions for 3 months, plus follow-ups
