Baduanjin plus brain stimulation for knee osteoarthritis pain

Who can take part

  • You’re between 45 and 75 years old
  • You have knee osteoarthritis in one or both knees for at least the last 3 months
  • You can join the 12-week program and do the Baduanjin and stretching sessions
  • You’re able to have an MRI scan and can understand the study questions in English
  • You can walk—ideally without a cane or other assistive walking device
  • You have not done Baduanjin, Tai Chi, yoga, other mind-body programs, or regular exercise/physical therapy in the past year
