Targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer with high risk of return
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests if personalized medicines, chosen based on the genetic profile of your tumor, can help prevent pancreatic cancer from coming back after surgery. It is for people who have had their pancreatic tumor removed but have features that suggest a higher chance of recurrence.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

This trial studies how doctors choose individualized cancer treatment for people with pancreatic cancer. It may help them learn which treatment choices work best for different patients.
This Phase 2 trial tests a chemotherapy plan given before surgery (called “neoadjuvant” treatment) for people with pancreatic adenocarcinoma that looks resectable or borderline resectable on scans. The goal is to see how well this adaptive chemotherapy approach works and whether it can improve outcomes before an operation.
This trial tests a personalized neoantigen vaccine given along with an anti-PD1 drug (pembrolizumab) and chemotherapy after surgery for pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can help prevent the cancer from coming back.
This trial tests a method that analyzes your tumor's genes and grows a mini-tumor in a dish to find which drugs might work best for your metastatic pancreatic cancer. It aims to improve treatment choices by using these personalized tests.
This trial tests whether combining radiation therapy with chemotherapy (called the GX regimen) after pancreatic cancer surgery helps prevent cancer from returning in patients with high-risk features. The study aims to see if this combination treatment improves outcomes compared to standard care.
This trial tests a personalized mRNA vaccine made from your tumor’s unique genetic features. It is given after surgery to prevent the pancreatic cancer from coming back.
