Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of HSP caused by a change in the SPAST gene (SPG4).
  • You can walk for 6 minutes using a cane, walker, or braces, without needing another person to help you.
  • You are already doing at least one physical therapy session each week.
  • You have internet access at home so you can watch exercise videos.
  • You have not had Botox injections in your legs in the last 2 months.
