Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP)—either through genetic testing or family history with clinical diagnosis
- You are between 16 and 70 years old
- You can walk independently, with or without a cane, walker, or other assistive device
- You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection for remote exercise sessions
- Your current spasticity treatment (medications and/or physical therapy) has been stable for at least 6 months
- You do not have other neurological or major joint/muscle conditions that would limit your ability to exercise
