Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or did not respond well to previous treatments.
  • Your doctor can measure your myeloma through blood or urine tests (such as M-protein or free light chains).
  • You are in fairly good health (able to take care of yourself and up and about more than half the day).
  • You do not have an active infection, HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, and your cancer has not spread to your brain or spinal cord.
