- You have an infected skin or soft tissue wound from diabetic foot syndrome or chronic venous insufficiency.
- Your wound is between 1 and 20 square centimeters in size.
- Your wound is healing the natural way (not surgically closed).
- No bones or tendons are showing in the wound.
- You do not have severe medical conditions like advanced kidney or liver disease, cancer, or active infections like HIV or hepatitis.
