Who can take part
- You are 21 years or older
- You are living with HIV
- You have biopsy-confirmed high-grade lesions (HSIL) in the vulvar or perianal area, with a total size of at least 3 cm
- Your CD4 count is above 200 and your viral load has been undetectable for at least 3 months while on HIV medications
- You are willing to use reliable birth control if you can become pregnant
