Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative.
- Your cancer has spread (metastatic) and got worse while you were on a CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy as your first treatment for advanced disease.
- You have not received chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have tumors that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan (bone-only disease is not allowed).
