Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe major depressive disorder (MDD) without psychotic features.
- You are not currently taking an antidepressant (Part A) OR you are stable on an SSRI or SNRI antidepressant (Part B).
- You have no personal or family history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.
- You are not currently taking an MAO inhibitor or tricyclic antidepressant.
