Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or come back, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not available.
  • You must have a tumor that expresses a protein called 5T4 (this will be tested for the second part of the study).
  • You must be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You must have adequate liver, kidney, and blood cell counts (checked by blood tests).
