Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced or metastatic solid tumor that did not respond to standard treatment
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable lesion (tumor) visible on imaging
  • You are in good enough health to do light daily activities (ECOG 0-1)
  • Your heart, kidney, and liver function are adequate, and your blood clotting is normal
  • You have recovered from side effects of prior cancer treatments to mild levels or none
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 2 years for testing
