Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
- You have tried at least one newer hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or abiraterone) and it stopped working or caused bad side effects
- You have not had more than 2 types of chemotherapy for your cancer
- You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample (from a previous biopsy or a new one) for testing
- You are in generally good health aside from the cancer, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (meaning you can do most daily activities)
