3D1015 Injection for Advanced Prostate Cancer

Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer, mCRPC

Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial tests a new injectable treatment called 3D1015 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The drug is designed to target cancer cells using a special imaging marker that shows up on PET scans.

A trial of PSMA-targeted therapy for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests a new drug combination that uses a radioactive molecule to find and treat prostate cancer cells that have spread and are no longer responding to hormone therapy. It may be an option for men with a specific protein called PSMA on their cancer cells.

NCT07621692Recruiting· Phase 1
New radioactive therapy for advanced prostate cancer

This is an early-stage trial testing a new radioactive treatment (161Tb-PSMA) for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The treatment targets cancer cells using a radioactive metal that may be more effective than older similar treatments.
