Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 75 years old.
  • You sit for at least 6 hours a day and get less than 300 minutes of moderate exercise per week.
  • You are right-handed and have good vision and hearing (with or without glasses or hearing aids).
  • You have no serious health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or a neurological disorder.
