Intense Exercise with Mindfulness for Kids' Thinking Skills

Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 10 and 12 years old.
  • Your child should have an IQ of 85 or higher.
  • Your child must be able to do physical exercise safely (based on a health screening).
  • Your child cannot have a formal diagnosis of a cognitive disorder (like ADHD) or a neurological disease (like epilepsy).
