Who can take part

  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 25 and 45.
  • You need daily internet access at home.
  • You cannot be pregnant, planning to become pregnant in the next 18 months, or have been pregnant in the past 6 months.
  • You must not have lost 10 or more pounds in the last 6 months.
  • You cannot be taking weight loss medication or have had weight loss surgery in the past.
