- You are 65 years old or older.
- You are scheduled for surgery in one of these areas: general and visceral surgery, urology, vascular surgery, orthopedics, or trauma surgery.
- You or your legal guardian can provide written consent to participate.
- You do not need an interpreter to understand the study information.
- If you are unable to consent, you must have a legal representative who can consent for you.
