Who can take part
- You must have a type of advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor must test positive for at least 50% mesothelin (a specific protein) and also test positive for PD-L1 (another protein) based on a sample taken within the last 2 years.
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You must be generally healthy enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts).
- You must not have had any other cancer treatment (like chemo, radiation, or immunotherapy) in the last month, and you must not have received CAR-T cell therapy or gene therapy before.
